you don't have junkyards near you? The local pick n pull self serve places sell rearends for $240 disc to disc, and they throw 50% off that on holiday weekends.

yes i do, and even with my hook up, they want $500 for a complete 10 bolt out of a 1992 C1500 with a G80.

Is this going to be a daily driver? Do you want the Lock right so you have 100% lock or because its easier to install? Are you going to use the stock carrier when you install the lock right?

-Got a F150 as a daily, but the chev will see frequent Race and Street time during the summer, basicalley its gonna be Weekend Warrior.
-Looking for 100% lock and also ease of install
-Stock carrier

IMO
Stock 10 bolt
Lock right will be an easy drop in and will 100% lock up
You will be able to tell its in there when your going through turns though
4.56s might help you in your 1/8 and 1/4 times, your 60' will prob be around the same if your switching form 4l60e to a TH400.

so lock right is like a Mini-spool basically?

Thats basically what im looking for, something thats budget friendly but still will hold up.
