Mega Fuse Block 98 K1500

I have an electrical issue im trying to chase, Power windows, Wipers and Radio INOP..

Checked interior fuses, underhood LH block fuses, B+ at ignition switch brown wire and red wire..

I read something about a Mega fuse on the RH side of engine bay? Ive never seen one in there? anyone tell me where it is?

Square black box on drivers side, right in front on cruise control box on firewall.
Nevermind!
I have never seen a pass side fuse or fuse box on a 95-98
Triple check all your fuses again.
I just had a 98 Tahoe in for a diagnosis , shop said he needed a new computer because his guages don't work. Ended up being two different fuses. One of the fuses had a crack in the filament and would test continuity until under a load. (hint,hint)

I found the problem the next day, was ignition switch, brown wire (feeds power window, wipers and radio) wasn't getting power, jumped red to brown had power.
