Manifold leak. New gaskets or...?

My buddy tells me that on a truck like mine (330k engine) that if i were to take the manifolds off there is a good chance i will snap a bolt off and have to drill it out and re thread. Not really something i enjoy doing! Might be worth having a shop pull them just to save the headache.
Yeah I have 177k, and I'll soak the bolts in liquid wrench before I even attempt to remove them.

I've heard that if you soak them in the morning before you drive, and then in the evening over night they will slide out like butter. But you have to do that process for a week or so.
