Light bar molded in tailgate?

Has anyone done or has a light bar like people run under there tailgates molded into the actual tailgate...? My tails r shaved as of now but I have some whack looking tails in the roll pan and I'm wantin to do away with them weld up the holes and get a light bar molded into the top up my tailgate... Jus curious to kno how much work it requires and price to get it done? And also wut light bar would work and hold up for any length of time without the LEDs burning out? Thanks, Tyler
