All I can think is you didn't get everything back in/together correctly. Tearing the door back apart an checking everything is your only option. Use the passenger side as a reference to how things should go if it all works correctly...

Sorry for the crappy answer but that's all I got...

Any idea on the window dropping when it goes down?.then when i put it up the window falls towards the mirror

Probably didn't get one of the regulator rollers back in the track on the bottom of the glass. That's the only way I can see it falling, unless the older trucks are a little different...

Both of the rollers are in the track i guess i will just have to bite the bullet and take it apart again.

There is a track on the inner metal door panel to, are they in there as well?

Yea they are i just hope it doesnt rain so i can just pretty much start from scratch on the door

Figured it out turns out there is a 3rd track on the window regulator plate thing that the roller was off. Works perfect now

I know this Is an old picture... but their a truck here in Sudbury Ontario that looks exactly like this one... Everything from the bumpers, paint and door handles! lol
