K5 tire rack?

How much fab work would need to be done to mount a K5 tire rack on my 97 tahoe? I have the tailget version if it makes any difference

You would probably be better off getting a new one made for that application. The tail lights on K5s are about half the height of the GMT400 ones. One of the mounts for the tire rack will probably end up where the tail light is.
