k&n air intake in good shape. only thing it could use is a new seal but in all honesty that seal is garbage anyways! doesnt do any good like anyone will tell you from using a KN intake! includes all hardware except ONE nut for the top mount. i dropped it and lost it, but simple replacment at any hardware store! has heat shield and support brace, filter and intake tube and the tbi bolts.
