I usually don't put fuses in-line with lights this small, but today I figured I'd put a cartridge in-line fuse in it just for the hell of it and ended up popping the supplied 10amp fuse with 12 3/4" penny lights on my valance. I was kinda surprised that it popped the fuse. I'm going to install a 15amp fuse tomorrow and see if it pops that.
So my question is, is a fuse really needed in something like this? I have them hooked up to my parking lights.
