I've been lurking around for a while and I'm anxious to get involved in the community. Thanks for the resource!

I just bought a 1999 1500 Suburban and, since I swapped in a newer transmission, neutral safety switch, and starter, I'm loving life. The tires are pretty much gone and I'm looking at options. Local Craigslist has a set of steel Jeep Wrangler take-offs with 100 mile Goodyears for only $200.

Just like these.

Will installing these rims require a spacer or adapter? If so, which one do you guys recommend that will center on both the Chevy hub and Jeep wheel? Proven parts that you've tried is what I'm looking for. Thanks!

Yes you need a spacer and any quality spacer, make sure it's hub centric and make sure it is properly torqued

2" Ebay spacers are what I had, and honestly if they were a wider wheel I would have kept them on the truck. Looking at these pics now they looked soo clean. I've got like 14K miles on the ebay spacers and havent had a single problem.
