anyone know how to wire the map lights in the overhead console to come on with the dome light?

Wire them into the dome lite should work fine

Take the two white wires that are grounded to the screw off of it, then splice them into the white wire that is coming to the dome light. They will then come on with the dome light and can be turned off by the switches too.

You sure about that? I did that to mine and they dont work like that. Just work as map lights only. Been bothering me that they dont work like dome lights but I been dealing with it for a year now. No biggie.
