Hey all, new here. I just purchased a 98 chevy crew cab srw. I'm trying to figure out why the dome light in the middle of the cab doesn't work but the one in the back does. Is there a special fuse I should be looking for? Is the cargo light tied in to the middle dome light?

I assume that you have checked the bulb? A continuity tester will reveal if the bulb is good and a voltmeter will determine if the wire is hot. Most likely center is tied into rear but that is only a guess as my truck is an earlier model.
