installing a gmc grill please help

i have a 1990 gmc and bought a 1995-1998 grill for it with the filler [panel its not going in easy and the parking lights arnt lining up easily am i doing something wrong please help

I wanted to do the same thing. You need the grille itself, new parking lights, the inner bumper mounts, and fender spacers.

WOW. GMC made it hard to swap grille's. I changed out my Chevy grille from an 88-94 to a 95-98 with only one small issue.

To do it correctly you need basically the same part's for the chevy 94+ grille that you do for a 94+ GMC grille, the grille, filler panel, fender extensions, inner bumper bracket's, parking light's, and corner light's. The only diiference is the corner's between the 2 grille's.
