Can anyone tell me why this is here and what it's use?

To be more specific, what is the relay above the brake booster for?

Where does that wire loom go? My bet is on either the windshield wipers or cruise control.

Thanks Chris for the reply. The wires flow down and into the main engine wire harness loom.

Thanks, that makes a lot of sense. My '90 that I am parting out to get the '94 running does not have it.

Unplug it and see what don't work lol
