Bought this truck last night. 240k miles. The trans and transfer case are bad and the body has many little dings here and there but the body is completely solid except for a little bit in one cab corner. For $500 I don't think it was a bad deal.

I'm thinking about doing another diesel swap identical to my current one except with a 4BT this time. Everything else will be exactly the same. Dana 44, 4L80E, etc.

I've seen one dirtymax OBS. If I was going to do a duramax swap I would do it in a 3500HD OBS with a roll off installed and tons of custom boxes. The duramax is just too much for a half ton. The 4BT and 4BD1T make plenty of enough power for these half tons and are great engines. Not to mention they weigh as much as a 454!
