Just got me a 97 C1500 on the cheap, has a hellacious rod knock so I know I need to at least a rebuild. I can't decide which way to go, stay mpfi, carb, or just stroke. The tranny is what's got me concerned the most. Ideas or suggestions? Thanks, look forward to all inputs.
