more time than money
scuff whatever your wanting to tint with a gray scuff pad or use a 3000 grit wet/dry paper on a D.A. dry if off after its scuffed. mask off the light so you dont paint everything and to keep off overspray. wipe down the light with a wax and grease remover, after that dries its always a good idea to wipe if off with a tack rag. (PIC.1)mix up about 1oz of clear with 1/2oz of activator with a 1/2 of reducer. with that mixed (PIC.2)get a bit of black or whatever color you choose, and drop in a few drops of paint into your clear mixture it wont take much. mix that up until well mixed. set your paint gun up so that there is a small pattern and just a little bit of paint is flowing out. then spray your light. (PIC.3)you can go as dark or as light as you want to go. remember the more times you go over it, the more darker is will get.(PIC.4) when dried install and enjoy. tail lights and headlights are the same procedure. if your headlights are hazy you do the same procedure but dont but the color in, leave it out and just clear them and they will look like new ones. this may not become a sticky but hopefully someone will find some use for this somewhere down the road.
