I use VHF on these 3 cars... But I also clear over the vht so it wont lose it shine

so on this model car paint and the night shade, do you guys do it to the inside or outside of the lense?

blacked out taillights/tailgate

painted the tails with VHT night shades, and painted the entire tailgate including the red/chrome GMC emblem and the silver "sierra", primer, then flat black.....

Did mine last night in about 1.5-2 hrs. Didn't use VHT but some autozone tint in a can.
Washed with dish soap
Shot them until satisfied
Wet sanded with 1000 grit
Waxed/buffed

Oh by the way don't use more then three coats or it will be so dam dark you might get a ticket . Also after you spary the tent . Let dry then do two or three coats clear. Let dry for 1or2 days . Then wet sand with the finest grit sandpaper you can find. Then you a buff compound. Make sure to go infront to back. If by hand do not go in circle. And that use a high gloss polish . You can apply how ever you would like. If with buffer do not let it stay in one place to long you will burn the clear. Not a good thing.
