I finally got around to putting a new exhaust system on my truck. I also had headers installed. Truck sounds pretty good to me.

Before I had this done, I took off the egr valve and blocked off the hole, then I removed the pipe for the egr valve and plugged off that hole.

Here is a look at one of the headers off the truck.

I used remflex gaskets.

I had them use 2 1/2 inch pipe from the headers to one muffler, then 2 1/2 inch pipe the rest of the way out. The muffler is a flo pro performance muffler. I only used one muffler, then I didn't have to put in an H pipe, this way the cylinders balance out.

Very nice job. Am I right that your pipes run down the passenger side and enter a 2-in 2-out muffler then out behind both wheels?
