Heavy Chevy Ideas?

Ok i have a 1996 K2500 with a 5.7 350 backed by a 4l80e with a 8 lug 14 bolt diff with 4.10 gears pushing 315 75 16 tires.
I am looking into uping the power. Im thinking a good cam already have exhaust with thrush mufflers.
