HEADlight issue

hey guys, on my 95 w/t, the headlights are stupid dim.. i did notice two small rock chips on each light that are all the way through the glass, so im not sure if the light is escaping through the holes, or if i might have a bad ground.. anyone know where the ground for the lights is?

Im going to be swapping the grille and lights one of these days, but for now, id like to be able to see when im driving lol

anyways the ground is on the core support above the lights on my 88 with quad glass lights as far as I know.

secondly as you already said lmc and maybe ebay or somewhere has lights to fit that use changeale bulbs, allowing you to get bright ones.
