Here’s my version of the HD headlight harness. Delivers a full 12v to headlights through 12 awg wires. 4 high mod keeps low beams on with high beams.

Made with all new materials, all connections crimped and soldered, ceramic headlight plugs, 30 amp inline fuses, 4 relay block with moveable mounting tabs and cover (one empty slot left available for any future need). Wires are long enough to enable a variety of mounting locations, including 3 foot 12v supply and ground wires.

Can I post this here, or should I PM?

Having just fixed my headlights (burnt switch contact fixed with cleaning), I'm wondering about improving them so they don't go out again.

Does this kit come with installation instructions? If not, where may I find some?

Answer for @5vortec7 ... absolutely. I am not an electrical guy and this was by far the easiest install for wiring I have ever done!

Brian is a great guy and has answered all my questions professionally and in a timely manner!

@pgutier1 Thank you for answering my question! I think I may budget for this, then.

Then, perhaps I can save up for a pair of those Brazilian-spec (Arteb?) housings, which apparently are quite a bit better than the typical US-spec ones that exist everywhere here (California), especially the iffy Chinese copies that flood eBay and Amazon and cost like $30 a pair (you do get what you pay for, apparently).

You're welcome...

I would recommend that you don't need those Brazilian units. I'm running stock housing with some very aggressive LEDs and never have I had anyone flash me. With this harness and LEDs it's better than new car headlights.

Do this harness sooner than later, it makes a massive difference!
