Grant steering wheel adapter for 98 c1500

I have a 98 airbag steering wheel..I would like like to install a grant 414 wheel..what adapter do I need

Did you contact Grant? It's their steering wheel after all. They should know how to disable, disconnect, and render a life saving device inoperative, in order to install their product...
