Do any exist? Haven't really hunted but I think it's just shorties.

Year/model would probably help. 2WD vs. 4WD likely makes a big difference here.

Perhaps a moderator will move this thread to the Exhaust sub-section.

Gale Banks sold long-tube headers for 7.4L in K trucks. My buddy has a set on his '97 K2500. Far as I know, they're discontinued, and years ago.

this gets discussed every so often. Summit has headers listed for TBI trucks (88-94) but you would need to add a bung for o2 sensors. Currently no one is here running a set of those that we know.
There are also some mid length JBA's available.

As far as Vortec-specific headers; no one makes long tubes for them anymore as far as my research has gone. @Reluctanse is right about the TBI headers, I'm debating on pulling the trigger on a set for my new motor build but I'm still 50/50 on it.

Since OP hasn't mentioned what vehicle he has, and this is his intro:

New member, from NC, USA

I have one gmt400, 99 k2500 Suburban, 7.4 4x4 and a 99 P30 chassis, motorhome 7.4

Since his topic is "GMT400 7.4 headers" we can probably assume he means for the '99 K2500 Suburban 7.4.

Anyone run long tubes of thier 7.4 GMT400?

So, there's that..
