Sorry to revive an old thread, but I have a 99 Suburban with the same issue, went from 3.42 to 4.10 and I need to correct the speedometer and get my ABS back.
How exactly does installing an 0411 system fix this? Don't you still need to buy a handheld tuner (or send off to Black Bear) to re-flash the 0411 system to tell it what your gear ratio is?
