I have never seen a door sticker list that size. Everyone i have seen always has 245/75r16 shown. Not always. Both my 97 and my 98 came with 265’s according to the door stickers. Might be part of the Z71 package

My door sticker on my ‘95 Sierra shows that size. Also my glovebox sticker lists the 265’s in the option codes.I have never seen a door sticker list that size. Everyone i have seen always has 245/75r16 shown.
yesIsn't 245/75R16 the standard size on the 400 era 16" wheels?
Not on some 4x4s. The 99 Suburban I parted out had OEM 265s and the door sticker showed the same.
Good to know. There's a truck here at the park that's an early model 800 2500 crew shorty with PY0s on it, and it has 265s on it. I figured the aluminum wheel might use a slightly larger size....Seems like, at least for 6 lug, steel wheels got 245’s and the “upgraded “ aluminum got 265’s. Although, I prefer the look of the steel wheel and run 265’s on them.
My crew cab has 245s on the stock steel wheels. Door sticker also calls for 245s, as does the SPID label in the glovebox. This truck is probably 98% original, I bought it with 120K on it. Eventually I will put PY0s on it, with new tires, but it's not in the near future.
