If you're talking about sewlow, it certainly seems that way. I actually had a steering wheel on the way from him a while back, but a few months went by and I never saw it. He stopped answering my messages. Hope he's doing OK...

Strange, I'm friends with him on Facebook (he's semi local to me) and I've seen him posting plenty enough...

I hope he's not angry with me. I tried not to pester him too much about the wheel, but after a certain point of no communication or package I felt like I had to pursue a refund. Still feel bad about it because I know he went out of his way to try and help me but I wasn't really sure what else to do.
