Here’s the boot that I have from my son’s 89 with 5 speed. I also have the shifter.

How do you like the shifter?

One of the best mods I ever did to that truck.
The Core had less play in neutral than the factory one had while in gear.
Nice short positive throws throws. Felt very much like the Hurst Comp Plus linkage shifter I had in my '70 BBC Nova.

The only part of the truck I managed to keep.

That looks good, that’s why I have the stock one available, I got the Core shifter and the old school Hurst style boot.
