I lost the pics of the floor before I cut all of the rust out but here are some when I started the process of fitting each piece and then welding them into place. This is going in my 89 dually.
New floor pan, inner and outer rocker panels purchased from National Parts Depot.

Fitting the inner rocker and found more rust to cut out and replace along with the cab corner.

Outer rocker clamped on for fitment

Dug into the cab corner and started replacing the areas that were rusted out.

5/7 drop, haven't decided on which type of wheels yet it all depends on what will work with this static drop. And of course a two tone paint job!

Got some time yesterday to finish the outer rocker

section, next is to fit the cab corner and get that tacked in. Then a few smaller patch that the floor pan didn't fix.
