Thanks, the tip usually isn't sticking out that far but a hanger came off when I was coming back from school so that is causing the pipe to hang further that way (I need to go pick up a new one). Also there is a slight rake but it's not as extreme as it seems in the picture (it was parked on the steepest part of the driveway).
