My 99 suburban seems to be surging under certain conditions. Much like a torque converter issue but just doesn't feel the same. I have to be going up hill. In between 40-70 mph and have the cruise on. No slip codes and data stream shows engine to be around 25% load on lost occurrences. Its always done it since I've owned the truck. I just wonder if anyone else has experienced the phenomena.
