Hi, is the grey the Medium Dk Grey color? If so I'll take it

This is the only grey that I have ever seen unlike the tan which I guess there is two different shades. This is the light grey...

Yes they will bolt up to a truck that did not come from the factory as long as the truck falls in the correct model years.
