Ok so I'm going to do my brakes (tentatively) this weekend... I was checking out my reservoir and it didn't quite look right.

Aren't the 2 chambers supposed to be equal?

the big reservoir is for the front brakes, it tends to get lower faster because the front brake pads wear at a much faster rate vs. the rear brakes...

on a side note, my god man, that fluid is really really dirty...:uhoh2: bleed the entire system thoroughly, get that nasty crap out of there..

agreed, both are low and both are nasty, please flush the entire system. I bet the dump valve if you got rear abs only is junk with dirty fluid.

The split in the divider that shares is only supposed to go down partway so if a brake seal on a wheel blows, it'll still retain brakes on the other end of vehicle.
