its easy, you should never let if below a 1/4 tank, 1. you never wanna run out when your in a hurry to get somewhere for an emergency 2 its hard on your fuel pump, and 3 you dont want it to freeze in your tank over night when its cold out

Exactly!!! Also, I'd normally suggest running alcohol(brands like Heet), but alchy lowers the lifespan of the rubber parts in your fuel system.
