differance between stepside and fleetside mounts?

I have 1990 GMC K1500 standard cap short box. The stepside box is messed up so, I'm installing a fleetside. My problem is, according to the bodylines, It sets about a inch higher. I didn't think there would be a problem. Anyone else run into this issue? Guess I could install 1" spacers to raise the cab but, Your thoughts?

You sure the issue isn't the frame, rear end hit? Sagging/shot cab mounts?

Something being overlooked and I can't imagine what it could be right off hand. I've done several swaps for customers both directions and never had any issue with the body lines being off. There's no difference in mounts; the beds directly swap.

Well something is off. As stated it's a direct swap.
