Is anyone familiar with this camshaft? Had a discussion with a couple of members a few weeks ago and they suggested a single pattern cam and I’ve been looking into this one, but not sure on how it would react with the setup I’m going with and my gear ratio. It is a little pricey though.

99 GMC Suburban vortec 350. It will have;
NKB 200cc aluminum heads.
Running the factory injection system, but with an AUS Injection setup with 36lb injectors.
MSD distributor
Headers with duals into dual magnaflows.
FTI 2800 stall (but that might change)
3:42 gear.

Stout lift and big heads for 350 cubes, but with a 2800ish stall that seems decent. I'd do 30lb injectors instead if that's an option.
I would do the 36s or even 48s to run E85. Room to grow later with either a larger engine or E85 or perhaps both.

200cc heads ran the best out of the 3 different head castings I ran on my 350. The Etec170s also did well. The Mexican Vortec heads were dogs.

The 0.560 is actual 0.527 with a 1.5 rocker and 0.562 with a 1.6.

I would use a 9-1157 Cloyes and set it in 4* advanced. Lingenfelter cams are ground straight up, no cam advance.

The Lingenfelter cams are on a steel core, rather than a cast core as well. No special distributor gear needed, just the old melanized Vortec gear.

Even though it is a small split dual pattern a Summit 8801 would also work very well for your overall setup. 8801 will have slightly better manners than the LPE 74219 in a 350.
