since you have all the other stuff like antennas, tool box, front push bar, you should keep them.

Yeah, keep the original trim intact, ESPECIALLY the badges.

Personally, I really like the look of a factory truck. Someone said this to me a long time ago, and it has always stuck.

"Stock may be boring, but it's genuine."


I replace all my parts with OE ones from AC Delco. I don't care how long I have to shop around for it. The only exception soon may be the trim molding, as I can't find several pieces anywhere.

I just love the feeling of coming out of a store, or just driving down the road, and thinking "Damn this truck looks good." knowing it looks the same way now it did 19 years ago when it rolled off the line.

I think the 88-98s look wayyyyyyyyyyy better with them on.

all I think of is a work truck when I see the molding taken off
