I have the 2wd version with same color scheme. I took the molding off the drivers side. Used a heat gun and was very careful but still couldn't avoid loosing some paint. Ended up having to repaint the bottom half of the truck.

Everyone's got an opinion, mines to loose em, I think it looks a lot cleaner without them, I just haven't done it yet cause I'm waiting for a paint job, here's my pickup with them though

Personally this is my favorite way, keep the side trim but ditch the fender arch trim
