Dash swap?

I have a 92 c2500 that I have recently put a carbureted ls1 into and now I’m looking to do my interior since my truck has no computer under the dash what all would I have to do to switch a dash over from a 95. Please help I just want a better interior and am still kinda new at this it’s my first full project truck

A freind of mine swapped a 95 dash into a 93. But i remember him saying the new dash was wider than the earlier model. So he had to swap the 95 door upholstery/ cards in also. About 10 years ago. So maybe take good measurements.

I’m also trying to take the steering wheel with the dash if it’s possible

95 has airbag in steering wheel.

There are a few threads on this forum about doing a dash swap. Just use the search and they will pop up.

I seen a couple and they were helpful but I was wondering since I don’t need the computer and stuff what actually needed to be taken out with the 95 dash
