I'm looking at getting the following for my 350 TBI:

CFM Tech Ported Throttle Body
http://marine-performance-parts.com/cfmtechportedthrottlebodyforgmtbi435057.aspx

The Power Charger:
http://marine-performance-parts.com/hypertechpowerchargerforfullsizetruckgmtbi5057.aspx

The Power Plate:
http://marine-performance-parts.com/cfmtechpowerplatefor435057gmtbiwsingleaircleanerstud.aspx

And the injector spacer:
http://marine-performance-parts.com/cfmtechinjectorspacerforgmtbi435057.aspx

Total: $379.55

Opinions? Is it worth the money? Will I need to get a tune for these mods? Are there better power mods for the money?

holy bill dude, ok where to start, first the tb spacer get it off ebay and shave it yourself, secondly, do the ultimate tbi mods to your tb itll work just fine, the TB bowl i didnt think did anything but you can try it, search ebay, and the injector spacer get off ebay as well, other than that id recommend a full rebuilld kit

next order of business if your gonna cam it, ditch your tbi heads use as a boat anchor or put them on a 283 your call. a set off 083s/113s/882s/ anything vortec being best or aftermarket heads will be most beneficial. then cam it, and stall it and use a carb manifold and a tbi adapter.

You'll still have poor flowing head and a peanut cam, so no, it's not worth the money. If it were mine, I'd clean/rebuild the throttle body, do a full ignition tune-up (cap, rotor, plugs, wires, reset timing), and call it good.

Good grief guys, he just got a truck and you're trying to get him to do a cam and head swap.

Chill the F out.

OP, yes all those things you posted are the right direction, but waaayyyy too expensive, like a few level headed guys posted above.

Cheap throttle body spacer from Transdapt will do just fine, get a TB rebuild kit from the auto parts store and an extra injector spacer gasket and bam got the spacer, rebuild and clean the TB, all the ports in and underneath, send your injectors out or a junkyard set to get flow matched, by RC Fuel Injection or this guyhttp://www.tbiparts.com/

through a quarter under the fuel pressure regulator.

Going to have to undo the fuel line hold down on top of the bellhousing.

Power charger is great, torch out the inner part of the air filter housing to the next stamp so it is all open

Do the grinding on the TB with a dremel, it is easy and hard to mess up.

Get a chip from Fastchip, Wester's, TBI Chips.

take the flap out of the air filter housing and inner tube from the silencer box and inner fender.

advance timing 4*

Bam, great running truck, better all around power, torque, and MPG

IF that is not enough then do a cam and head swap, or swap in a 383 long block.

If you want my opinion, here it is.

You sound a little unsure about what direction your going to go in the future so that being said I would do mods that will still be beneficial in the end. For a start you need to Replace the entire exhaust system headers to mufflers, Choose if you want to go with cats or not. I have a high flow flowmaster cat and so far it has been great. You can get the ebay shorty's for under $200 they are a great start. I am going to get myself some soon as a matter of fact :)
