well a little update...the 5.7 took a **** on the highway the other day. just going to rebuild it for the time being.
i sold that rear axle and bought a 3/4 ton frame and I'm just going to build that frame up with a 6bt, nv4500, np205/np203 (twin stick), chevy D60, 14bot rear, and leaf sprung suspension. then just throw the body of my truck right now.

Well its been a while but I've got about 6500 bucks saved up and looky what i just picked up

And yes that is a 12v Cummins
looks like my little dream is becoming a reality.

so far the plan is to get the cummins rebuilt and nv all together and ready to go in then rip out all the ifs as soon as I'm done with the drivetrain.

as for the cummins build I'm running a 66mm turbo, stage 2 cam, p7100 200hp p-pump, 150hp injectors, cold air, and 5" exhaust to a 6 or 8 inch single stack
