Code 41 coming up

Hello all,
Finally got rid of the monies gauges on my 90 5.7 step side truck and now I’m able to get codes out of the truck via blink code. That being said I’m looking at code 41 cam sensor circuit fault, igntion control circuit fault and tried to do a bit of digging into it have not really found much for info on this. Just wondering if anyone can help me in the right direction for diagnoses.
