Anyone ever cut the bump stop in the front? I’m running with my keys up and was wondering if I should cut em

Droop stop? I'd recommend against it. It keeps you're suspension from over travelling and breaking stuff. Either do a ball joint flip or get a proper lift kit

You're running the keys cranked way too high if you're hitting the droop stops. The truck is going to ride very harsh and tear up front end parts regularly until you crank it down some.

Alright thanks. What’s your opinion on a 3” body lift? Are they good?

Why don’t you just get extended upper control arms?that would be a lot simpler than a body lift and truck would ride smoother.
