body lift question

I'm okay with installing the body lift as far as lifting the body and the issue with the rear bumper and break lines but my only concern is what needs to be done with the steering column as to where it goes to the steering gear box

Theres an extension that needs to be installed. Comes with the kit. Or tou can run a early 90s cherokee shaft
