It did. Though back then the truck was bone stock with some 15x8 wheels. It was one of my first steps at really starting to personalize it.

Somewhere I must have some pics of it on the truck, but I don't have a clue where.

I don't have any pics from when it was on the truck, but I kept the insert when I cut it out for the actual billet. This thing has been in storage for 12 years since it came off the truck.
