Best posi trac or locker

I have been wanting to get one of these for a long time, I am just to tight to get one. You just replace the spider gears with this.

Yea, they are't cheep. That's why I have not do mine yet, well that and if I am not happy once it's done, then that's a lot of money to throw away.
