Bedliner that i can paint over?

Im gonna paint the bottom of my truck in bedliner but i want to paint black over so its easier to clean, doesnt fade, and looks better. I know iv seen some before but i cant remember what brand it was. As of right know im gonna use dupli-color truck bed coating, cuz my buddy owns a auto value store so i can get a discount.

And do i gotta have a certain gun to spray it on? I know i gotta have a gun, iv just never seen one that hooks up to a air compressor.

Not real sure about the gun, seems like you would need a bigger nozzle. I know that rhinoliner can be painted over but we sprayed it with gloss black krylon tough coat with a pistol grip. It sprays a line instead of a circle if that makes sence
