Bed rails or not!

I've got Line-X on the tops of my bed so not really a need for the caps. I've never seen those kind of tie downs before. This is what I'm thinking about mounting to the box.

Personally, I think they look alright on your truck with the toolbox. Normally I think they're ugly as sin.
