I did mine in my 92 with NO third door and it wasnt bad. Just pulled the front trim pieces, and then slid the back out and the headliner down onto the top of the dash. Didn't touch anything at the back of the truck. Slid it back in when I was done.

How do you cove the part around door handle?? How is it removed from door panel??

I carefully cut the thread that held the old visors together to see the internals. The inside of my sun visors was a paper material so I traced that outline onto a piece of poster board. I glued the material on the poster board, closed it together, and sewed the visor shut.
