Then post #27 you say:I'm sorta in the group of people who believe that airbags actually do help.
Yeah, that's why I really like the '88-'94 dashes.
My girlfriend wishes I had a truck with air bags. I showed her a full frame from Phat Phabz and she said “ha ha funny”You like airbags, but there are none on the pre-1995 trucks.

I know that, what I was thinking of doing is hacking the steering column, gauge cluster, climate controls, and drivers airbag into an older style dash. You like airbags, but there are none on the pre-1995 trucks.

Yeah, I'm probably going with Door #1, but doing that would be cool.Should’ve just said I’m rolling the dice for Door #3! That seems like a lot of work, don’t you just want to drive the truck?
some one did this the other way around I made a post about it https://www.gmt400.com/threads/this-is-different.64976/I know that, what I was thinking of doing is hacking the steering column, gauge cluster, climate controls, and drivers airbag into an older style dash.
I'd obviously be fabricating a bunch of brackets and doing some plastic welding to make it all work.
I could even 3d print some pieces since my brother configures and repairs 3d printers professionally.
