99 tahoe with no fuel

i'm not getting fuel to the fuel rail. when i turn the key the the relay clicks, but not giving voltage the the gray wire. so i bypassed the relay, and the fuel pump still won't kick in. pulled the tank, checked ground. its good. is there some kind of feed back loop telling it not to feed fuel that i can't find.

bypassing the relay did you run 12 volts to the fuel pump? if you did and it still wont kick in id say the pump is shot.

there might be a switch in the passenger side kick panel. its a fuel pump reset button. if you have a wreck it kills the fuel pump. not for sure if chevys have them or not, but alot of vehicles ive seen did.
